I've worked with Anthony since 2013 and the guy is solid! My first experience took well over 10 hours to complete and they never stopped or complained. I called to ask a question on short notice today and he sent one of his best techs out to help me. The service is top notch and has been every since I started working with them!

Appreciate Kevin's expertise (and patience) across multiple visits to Stereo East to select the right components for a home theater and stereo setup. I've always done DIY in the past but wanted to try see what kind of a difference professionals make (spoiler: massive). I got excited for install day and it did not disappoint: Norm and team got the physical setup and the configuration done *perfectly.* Music and movies are on a totally different level of quality and enjoyment. Would give 11/10 stars if I could.

I recently purchased a pair of Bowers & Wilkins 805 D3 speakers from Stereo East online, and I couldn't be more thrilled with both the product and the service I received. The 805 D3 speakers are nothing short of phenomenal. The sound quality is crisp and clear, with a richness that brings my music to life in a way I never thought possible. The build quality is top-notch, reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship Bowers & Wilkins is renowned for. What made this purchase even more special was the outstanding service provided by Kevin at Stereo East. Even though I ordered online, Kevin's support was exceptional. He answered all my questions promptly and provided valuable advice that helped me make an informed decision. The shipping was fast and efficient, and my speakers arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend both the Bowers & Wilkins 805 D3 speakers and the team at Stereo East, especially Kevin. If you're in the market for high-end audio equipment and exceptional customer service, look no further.
